Polycom
This is a conference phone designed for meetings. The microphones and speakers are optimized to capture voices clearly while removing background noise. Although video conferencing is more popular nowadays and webcams often capture sound, some companies still prefer these phones because they trust their reliability. Polycoms, in particular, are known for their dependable performance.
Dry Eraser Board
These are essential in a conference room. They are cost-effective and enhance interaction between the presenter and the audience.
Big Screen Monitor
A big TV or two mid-size TVs are crucial for a great conference room.
1) One big TV is perfect for presenters to showcase presentations, videos, etc.
2) However, two TVs are ideal for video conferences to show presentations on one screen and the audience on the other screen.
To offer both options, you can have two TVs and a drop-down screen with a projector. This way, if the client needs just one big image, you can bring the screen down. If they want to use two screens for a video conference, you can use the TVs.
Table with Power & AV Connections
Having built-in connections makes the room more efficient and eliminates cables, making the room look cleaner, organized, and professional.
Green Screen Room
This room can easily become a green screen room for multiple uses. This will require a minimal investment. One of the most important elements will be the lighting. Basically, we will need lighting shining from multiple points to eliminate shadows and make sure the colors are uniform.
Product & Podcast Room
This room can be used to record "infomercial-like" videos. Similar to the TikTok videos you see around, this room can have a table and the right illumination to make those videos clean and clear.
However, it can be also used for podcasting, using the same lighting, and table, and adding 2 chairs.
Podcast & Video Conferencing Room
This room can have different setups. According to the setup, I'll recommend the right equipment.
